04 / Platform
Our contract administration platform for the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract and Professional Service Contract. Early warnings, compensation events, instructions, programmes, payments and Defects on one shared record, with every period counted from your own Contract Data and every action time-stamped and clause-referenced. Access is by invitation from the Project Manager or Client of each contract.
Clause references follow NEC4 June 2017 as amended and were verified against the primary texts. The platform supports contract administration; it is not a substitute for reading the contract.
Our drafting tool for the Scope of an NEC4 Professional Service Contract. Choose the main Option, the project and the disciplines you are appointing, and it assembles a complete Scope in NEC's published numbering, with procedures that follow the Option you chose and requirements that reflect the sector, project type and client. Every clause comes from a sourced library, and anything it cannot know is marked for your input rather than guessed. Scopes for the Engineering and Construction Contract are in development.

Appointed as independent expert on the assurance of the main civil works programme for one of Europe's largest nuclear new-build projects - scrutinising cost, schedule, and production readiness to give the programme's sponsors confidence in deliverability and value for money.
Independent expert review of a strategic water resources programme - providing the economic regulator with objective scrutiny of cost, programme, and delivery across the civils and infrastructure works, and assurance on value to water customers.
Flagship programmes
Two years providing commercial leadership (cost and contractual) on major projects - reforming group-wide governance, cost planning, and contract management systems, and commercially leading a £3bn+ pipeline of green energy port developments from origination through to delivery.
An end-to-end logistics strategy for one of the world's largest construction programmes - ports, rail, roads, storage, and modular construction flows across 28,000 km² - including a joint venture structured with a global logistics partner that enabled multi-billion dollar investment and 2,000+ jobs.
Design for manufacture and assembly applied to pharmaceutical production capacity - a standardised facility, broken into component kits and shipped in containers, to be assembled where it is needed. The prototype cut the on-site programme from 12 weeks to four, with zero incidents and zero defects.
