Appointed as independent expert on the assurance of the main civil works programme for one of Europe's largest nuclear new-build projects - scrutinising cost, schedule, and production readiness to give the programme's sponsors confidence in deliverability and value for money.
Independent expert review of a strategic water resources programme - providing the economic regulator with objective scrutiny of cost, programme, and delivery across the civils and infrastructure works, and assurance on value to water customers.
Flagship programmes
Two years providing commercial leadership (cost and contractual) on major projects - reforming group-wide governance, cost planning, and contract management systems, and commercially leading a £3bn+ pipeline of green energy port developments from origination through to delivery.
An end-to-end logistics strategy for one of the world's largest construction programmes - ports, rail, roads, storage, and modular construction flows across 28,000 km² - including a joint venture structured with a global logistics partner that enabled multi-billion dollar investment and 2,000+ jobs.
Design for manufacture and assembly applied to pharmaceutical production capacity - a standardised, containerised factory that can be shipped and assembled where it is needed, cutting delivery timescales by 50% against conventional factory builds.
